I’ve led the modeling and development of complex Non-Automated Funding workflows, creating wireframes, defining user stories with product owners, building forms and case models in Flowable, and integrating APIs and Kafka events to support end-to-end automation. I strengthened team operations by establishing Jira–Test integrations, documenting release processes, onboarding new engineers, and hosting training sessions on QTests and Flowable capabilities. Beyond engineering, I revitalized Labs Innovation’s Speed Sessions—expanding participation across departments, redesigning the format and wiki, and coordinating presenters to foster a culture of creativity. My work has consistently supported on-time delivery, from enhancing Action Center functionality and improving loan application task flows to resolving system issues, contributing to SRE goals, and serving as a UAT/Prod release initiator. Alongside this, I’ve continued pursuing my Master’s in Human-Computer Interaction, maintaining top performance while growing my skills in UX, full-stack development, and enterprise-scale workflow engineering. Through modeling leadership, cross-team collaboration, innovation involvement, and hands-on technical problem-solving, I’ve become a key contributor who elevates both the products we deliver and the teams that build them.

I led the retirement and automation of a legacy application for task and case management by evaluating third-party solutions to streamline workflows. As part of this effort, I conducted an in-depth analysis of IBM’s BAMOE and Flowable, installing and testing them against complex business requirements. I prototyped an automated business process manager (BPM) in both platforms to evaluate their strengths and determine the most effective option for licensing. Alongside these efforts, I reduced system-dependent variables by debugging Application Manager issues across MacOS and Windows, and facilitated a weekly sync with developers to track progress and resolve bugs. I also ensured compliance with governance and data security standards, documenting and communicating requirements around encryption and decryption with governance stewards and managers.

I conceptualized and designed a mobile application to improve the home ownership experience, enhancing efficiency by 40% through timely text and push notifications about maintenance tasks tailored to users’ geographical data. To bring this vision to life, I created wireframes and iterated on the user experience, implementing the designs with a JavaScript interface to ensure both functionality and accessibility for end users.

I facilitated team collaboration in a remote environment by designing and developing an application that allowed users to create interactive multiple-choice quizzes, helping drive engagement across the enterprise. I designed and implemented a dynamic user interface that was intuitive and easy to adopt, even for executives and business leaders, while ensuring performance at scale with 1000+ users active at any given time. In addition, I conceptualized a mobile application that enhanced the home ownership experience by 40%, using location-based data to notify customers of maintenance tasks via text or push notifications. Throughout the process, I iterated on the user experience design, creating wireframes and implementing them in JavaScript to deliver a polished product.

I developed user interface designs for in-house projects using React, focusing on creating clean, functional, and user-friendly layouts. To support testing and validation, I built a mock backend connected to the front end via Redux, ensuring seamless functionality across the stack. Additionally, I integrated a web socket using Java to establish real-time connectivity, further strengthening the usability of the applications. Beyond development, I also contributed as part of a brainstorming team for a new patent, collaborating on innovative ideas to push projects forward.

I narrowed my focus to UI/UX design, applying a user-centered approach to both digital and visual projects. I created a master slide deck template that elevated the consistency and professionalism of departmental presentations, and developed a clear, user-friendly informational document explaining the BEAM Robots used in the lab. In addition, I designed seamless video transitions for the Digital Transformation Department’s informational content, helping communicate complex ideas in a way that was both engaging and accessible.
